This is the entry level Primax technology level and it offers outstanding assistance for people who lead active lives.Again, this level of technology is available in behind the ear, receiver in canal and in the ear models. Are The Signia Primax 3px Any Good?

We don't have a lot of experience with the 3px. However, user response is pretty good and a few seem to be happy with performance in moderate noise. The quality and reliability of the aids seems to be outstanding. While we have billed this as their entry level range, it is just the entry level of their premium range of hearing aids. There are other ranges offered like the Sirion and the Orion which are less technologically advanced than the Primax.

I think the answer though is one that we stick to, entry level technology ranges are ideal for people who have a less hectic lifestyle.

The Motion SX range has the option to use rechargeable batteries, which eliminates the need to change the batteries on a regular basis. The device can be fitted with a traditional ear hook or Signia's thin tube system. The device also includes an advanced directional microphone system to detect speech regardless of the orientation to the wearer (front, side or behind).
