Spotted BSL Finger Spelling on a Cofee Tin

I was pleasantly surprised to spot some pictures of BSL finger spelling on a coffee tin in Tesco today. Even though it was decaff I had to buy it.

I'm pretty sure the finger signs do not actually spell out a word, unless its a puzzle or I'm being thick. Also, very dissapointed it was only the decaff tin that had this on - I don't do decaff.

Great to see some deaf/HoH friendly stuff in the shop though. Even if the signs don't actually spell out something meaningful it feels like another little positive step towards losing the deafness/hearing loss/hearing aids stigma.

If you like what you see, share it so others can benefit

I have been wearing hearing aids since I was five years old, when a mild hearing loss was first diagnosed - now aged 45, that mild loss has progressed to a severe one and I rely on some pretty awesome hearing aid technology to be able to stay in the conversation. I'm passionate about helping people to understand hearing loss, hear more and communicate more easily.
