We recently were asked to contribute to a podcast series delivered by Hearing Health and Technology Matters, a well-respected website focused on news and views on the hearing aid world for professionals. We were happy to do so and we thoroughly enjoyed the session.
There was a lot of laughter, a bit of straight talk, some exploration of consumer wants and needs, a realisation about how we may have been failing you, the consumer, and finally, a bit of crystal ball gazing.
